Overall well done. Now that's out the way....
Hair: Very clean, which is nice, but maybe a little *too* clean with the hair. If you can keep a few of those fuzzy fly-away strands, all the better, it'll look less photoshopped. (this is possible, just difficult. I haven't mastered it yet! Opacities and channels can be your friend. Or so I've been told)
I love what you did with her bangs! Excellent! I like the color a lot too. The fly-away strands on her ears, though, are a tad obvious. They can either be cloned out entirely, or incorporated more to make it more natural. Right now, they just cut off at the edges of her ears.
Teeth: Good, but the contrast has wiped out all the detail, and the front ones almost look yellow-tinted. I would try one of the tutorials here, if you still have trouble with your current method: [link]
Skin: Pretty good! possibly a bit yellow? If you're happy with it, leave it, that's something entirely up to personal taste and monitor settings. However, I would consider reducing the shine on her face more, specifically chin, nose and forehead. I'd use the clone tool at a low opacity and soft brush.
Eyes: Beautiful!
Overall, I say again, well done! I hope this is helpful and not to harsh-sounding.
